Local Pickup
Please send us a message if you want to order several item and pickup at a local event. We can create a custom listing that waives shipping.
Shipping
Most items are made to order, therefore shipping times can vary between 3-10 business days. Items labeled "in-hand" will ship the next business day.
Event Page
I try to keep the event page up to date as possible. A google maps page is linked to all the locations for easy navigation. Feel free to stop by our booth at local events!
I saw an item at your booth but it isn't listed on your website.
We're glad you saw something you really like! All of our items are handmade and some items sellout before we have a chance to take product photos and create a listing. Please send us an email and we'll get it to you.
How many items of one kind do you have at events?
I try to have two of each item available at events, sometimes more for conventions. All of our items are handmade therefore it takes a few days (including drying times) to create pieces.
Return Policy
All sales are final, however if you ordered duplicates by accident please email us within 24-48 hours if it is a MTO. All in-hand items ship the next business day.
Are all of your items handmade?
Yes! All of our items are handmade. We don't use a 3D printer nor do we buy wholesale.
How long does it take to make an items?
Resin takes at least 24 hours to cure per layer, most piece have to layers. The initial resin color, then I hand paint the details, followed by a second layer of clear resin. This process preserves the painted details. At minimum most resin pieces take 3 days. The time to complete other items we sell have varying but are usually done in small batches, for example 3-4 pairs of clay earrings.
Do you use a 3D printer or Temu?
We don't use a 3D printer nor do we buy wholesale. Amazon and Alibaba are only used to source the metal findings (earring hooks/ lobster clasp) and the faux fur pompoms. We pride ourselves on making everything handmade.
